ABOUT
These works symbolize recovery and rebirth, and the barriers that get in the way and prevent growth. The flowers symbolize the blossom of ideas and life experience that break through those barriers, and continue to flourish. Through the recovery journey, some are more successful than others. Every path is different.
Destruction. Creation.
Deconstruction. Reconstruction.
Tear apart. Piece back together.
Collage is one of my favorite mediums. Taking disparate elements and combining them together to form a whole. They are lush with texture, color and patterns.
